You don't always have a chance to clean your cutlery when you are out and about,  and nothing is worse than putting dirty utensils in a fabric pouch, tossing it into your purse, bag or backpack, and then having to wash that as well.  Not to mention the possibility of staining or sticking up everything else in there with it.

Our wheat fiber cutlety sets are made with 50% wheat fiber and the balance is PP, resulting in a product with a long life, while substantially reducing plastic use. BPA free and dishwasher safe.
 
Wheat fiber PP is a relatively new product that is growing in popularity, and while it does contain PP, the content is greatly reduced.  There no means to make food safe products from recycled polymers on a commercial scale at this time, so these products incorporate materials that are sustainable, or that would normally discarded in order to reduce the amount of Polypropylene used.
